We value your satisfaction and trust in our service. We prepare all our food under the best hygienic and quality standards and ship it to you in a timely manner. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or return under the following conditions:
– You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide us with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
– You must return the food in its original packaging and condition, with the receipt and any other documents that came with it.
– You must allow us two to three business days to inspect the returned food and determine the cause of the issue. We will notify you of the outcome of our investigation and whether you are eligible for a refund or not.
– If the issue is found to be our fault, such as incorrect or spoiled food, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer you a replacement or credit, as per your preference.
– If the issue is not our fault, such as change of mind, wrong address, or late delivery due to external factors, we will not issue a refund or accept a return. We may, however, offer you a partial refund or credit at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not comply with our policy or that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive.
